My pocket is burned!

Craft store coupons really do a number on my pockets. Today one of our local stores – AC Moore had a special Tuesday 50% off coupon so of course I had to go there and buy something. ๐Ÿ˜‰ I roamed around like a lazy lion looking for an easy kill because there was no real target (item that I really needed). I purchased some new papers. Why? Because they were 4 for $1 and immediately came home to add them to my other paper. Shhh – I will just continue to secretly build this stash of paper that I never scrapbook with and only occassional make cards.

I also purchased some embroidery floss and needles. Why? Because it is yet another craft horizon that I want to delve into as I continue to broaden my interests. Good thing I only purchased 2 things of floss being that it goes on sale tomorrow 4 for $1. ๐Ÿ˜€

I also purchased some t-shirts so I can make the kids one of these with the cute Purl frog. The t-shirts were 4 for $10 and I almost went back for 2 more but thankfully my feet wouldn’t move from the register. Hallelujah!

So, what did I spend my 50% coupon on…I know ya wondering….I spent it on a roll of white art paper. Why? It was the most expensive non-sale item on my bill at a whopping $4.99.

Sad, so sad…is anyone going to start a support group?

  1. When you find a support group of obsessive-compulsive craft supply purchasing, please sign me up as well.!

Hee hee…okay, will do! I felt bad so I did make 8 cards last night as if that put a dent in the paper stash. ๐Ÿ˜€
